I’m Artem Kiselev. I take internal tools built with AI and make them stable enough to trust, so your team keeps building on them without me.

Nobody invoices you for this, but you pay for it: idle team hours, slipped client deadlines, data nobody can get back.
None of this means you built it wrong. It means it grew.
If it keeps breaking, start with Rescue. If it works and you are the one holding it, start with Speedup.
Every system needs different rules at different stages of growth. I pick the ones yours needs and build them into the system, so the AI agent follows them without reminders.

Without it, the agent forgets what it built last week and breaks it.
Without them, small inconsistencies pile up until nobody can read the code.
Without them, you learn a change broke billing when a client calls.
Without them, the agent can delete or expose what it should never touch.
Without it, the system works only while its builder is around.

The founders build with AI coding tools and need everything to run without errors or downtime. A non-technical founder now develops a functionally heavy product on their own, using a process I set up: a safety net that holds quality and reliability at a set level by itself.
Weekly → monthly: how often the system needs me. She made 84% of all changes herself, and automated tests grew 4.5 times.
An international accounting firm. Its CRM, HR and process tools are built and run by AI agents under my management, on the same practices.
My own group of projects around online marketplaces: we launch fast and shut down what doesn’t work. Built and run on the same practices.

I founded Timepad in 2008 and grew it to 200,000 clients and 4,000,000 events. It became one of the largest event management and ticketing platforms in Eastern Europe. I was a CTO and an owner, so I look at technology from the business side. Today I build with AI agents every day and work personally on every project.
